Online Dispute Guidelines:

Parking notices will only be reviewed where there is evidence of a direct and immediate error made by the enforcement officer at the time of inspection. To request a review, the following conditions must be met:

  1. 1. Officer Error Required
    • Disputes are only considered where the vehicle had valid authorization to park at the time the notice was issued, and the notice was issued in error.
    • Examples include:
      • A valid parking permit was properly registered and active.
      • Written authorization from property management existed at the time of enforcement.
      • Other documented evidence demonstrating the vehicle was authorized to park.
  2. 2. Occupied Parking Spaces
    • If another vehicle is occupying your assigned parking space, this does not grant authorization to park elsewhere on the property without obtaining the required permit, authorization, or approval.
    • All parking regulations remain in effect regardless of another vehicle's actions.
  3. 3. Tickets Issued in Assigned Spaces
    • If a notice is issued while parked in your assigned parking space, you must first contact on-site management to verify that your vehicle information, parking space assignment, and registration records are accurate.
    • If management confirms that all records are correct, you may then submit a dispute request for review.
  4. 4. Proof of Authorization
    • The responsibility rests with the vehicle owner/operator to provide evidence that the vehicle had valid authorization to park at the time of enforcement.
    • Matters unrelated to parking authorization, personal circumstances, misunderstandings, or issues outside the control of enforcement staff do not constitute valid grounds for cancellation.
  5. 5. Dispute Requirements
    • Requests that do not meet the above requirements may be denied without further review or response.
    • Explanations, excuses, or personal circumstances alone are not considered valid grounds for cancellation.
    • Parking notices will remain valid unless evidence demonstrates that an enforcement error occurred.
